We want you to be satisfied. If you need an exchange or return, please follow the guidelines below. (Some cases may vary based on the product type or what’s displayed on the product/checkout page.)
1) Return/Exchange window
- You may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date.
2) Eligibility conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging/tags (if any) must be intact; do not remove tags.
- Provide order number/invoice or proof of purchase.
3) Non-returnable items
For hygiene/safety reasons, some items may be non-returnable (e.g., body-contact items/accessories/sale items), if applicable. This will be clarified where needed.
4) Shipping/collection fees
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by the store (wrong/damaged item).
- Return pickup/shipping fees may apply depending on location and courier.
5) Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability (size/color).
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another item or proceed with a return (case-by-case).
6) Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval/rejection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit/alternative method as agreed.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank/payment provider.
